REGULATIONS TUYO APARTMENTS

We invite you to read the terms and conditions for making reservations and the terms and conditions for using the services we provide.


I. General provisions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Guests of TUYO APARTMENTS and third parties who stay in the apartments during the reservation.

By making a reservation, the Guest declares that he/she has read the regulations and accepts the terms and conditions of the reservation. These regulations are an integral part of the apartment rental contract. The moment the reservation is made, the facility rental agreement between TUYO APARTMENTS and the Guest is concluded under the terms and conditions specified in the regulations.

II. Booking conditions

Reservations can be made through the reservation system available on the website www.tuyoapartments.com, by phone or e-mail: tuyoapartments@gmail.com and through portals where the offer of the facility is available (e.g. Booking.com).

Telephone reservations require subsequent confirmation by email or text message by the specified date.

When making a reservation, the Guest should provide the following details:

  name and surname

  check-in address

  contact phone number and e-mail address

  additional wishes

The payment for the rental of the apartment is made in advance.

The Guest has the option to pay for the Rental by payment methods made available by the available payment services (by traditional bank transfer, by debit/credit card, by quick online payment handled by Przelewy24).

The prices indicated on the pages of the service are gross amounts, including VAT calculated in accordance with applicable regulations.

The price of the apartment includes the full cost of the Guest's stay in the apartment, for the registered number of persons and the date specified in the reservation.

After the payment is made, the User will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will be sent to the address provided when placing the order.

TUYO APARTMENTS staff at check-in has the right to ask the Guest for his/her credit card details or to collect a deposit against any losses. The deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out, if no damage is found in the apartment.



III. Conditions for cancellation or change of reservation

The conditions for cancellation or change of reservation depend on the selected offer. If you choose a non-refundable offer, no-cost cancellation is not possible. If you choose the standard / flexible offer, cancellation is possible until 18:00 of the day before the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation after this time or failure to show up at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 100% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or pre-pay for 100% of the reservation value through the online payment system.

If the reservation is not paid by this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. For special offers and seasonal promotions, detailed terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations are specified in the reservation system.

Shortening the stay is treated as cancellation after the cancellation deadline and involves payment of the bill for the entire declared time of stay.


IV. Rules applying to Guests during their stay in the apartment.

Check-in begins from 15:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 on the day of departure. The exception is the Blue City apartment, where check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00.

The Guest is obliged to notify the TUYO APARTMENTS staff of the planned time of arrival.

When the occupancy conditions of the property are met, early check-in or late check-out is possible after contacting the staff in advance. Guests are requested to make such a request prior to their scheduled arrival. There may be an additional fee for this service.

All apartments are equipped with electronic code locks with a self check-in/check-out option instead of a traditional key. The individual apartment access code is sent to the Guest on the day of arrival and is active from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in until 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

Immediately after check-in, Guests should inspect the rented apartment. If defects or damages are found, TUYO APARTMENTS staff should be notified immediately. Failure to report damages or irregularities may result in the Guest being charged for repairing the defects in the apartment.

Only persons who were notified during the reservation are entitled to live in the apartment. The number of persons may not be greater than that stated in the reservation confirmed by TUYO APARTMENTS. Violation of this rule will incur an additional fee of PLN 100 per person per night.

Guests of TUYO APARTMENTS declare that they will use the apartments according to their intended use.

It is possible to stay in the facility with a child under 2 years of age, and his/her stay is treated as free of charge when the child sleeps with an adult guardian or in his/her own bed, which does not require additional bedding.

Children from the age of 3 are treated as full pay.

At the request of guests, we deliver to the apartment a travel crib for a child for an additional fee of 35 PLN per night.

Animals are not allowed in TUYO APARTMENTS. Staying with animals is only possible at the TUYO CASA Sarabandy accommodation, for additional fee 40 PLN per night, it is necessary to take this fact into account when booking.

In case of violation of the prohibition, a fine of 400 zloty and immediate cancellation of the stay will apply.

In case of complaints from other residents about the disruptive behavior of TUYO APARTMENTS Guests, and in case of intervention of the building security or the police, TUYO APARTMENTS will impose a fine of 500 zlotys.

Parties, events, hen and stag parties, etc. are prohibited in all apartments.

In case of violation of the ban, a fine of PLN 1000 and immediate cancellation of the stay will apply.

Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited in the apartments and in the garage. In case of violation of the ban, TUYO APARTMENTS staff has the right to charge guests a fine of 1000 PLN.

Guests of the facility agree to respect the quietness of the night in the facility. The night silence lasts from 22:00-6:00.

Guests of the facility agree to observe the rules of garbage segregation and to dispose of garbage before check-out.

Guest declares that the apartment will be rented for residential purposes only. Guests are responsible for the behavior of third parties and any damage caused to the premises during their stay.

In the case of using the underground garage, the Guest is required to return the garage door remote control at check-out in accordance with the instructions sent to the Guest along with the details of the reservation.

If the remote control is not returned or lost, the Guest will be charged a fee of 150 PLN.

Guests are required to secure the Apartment each time they leave it by locking the windows and front door.

TUYO APARTMENTS staff reserves the right to check the technical condition of the apartment before checking out the Guest.

If defects are found during the stay, the Guest is obliged to repair the damage or cover the cost of repair.

The funds to cover any damages will be paid by the Guest in cash no later than the day of check-out or will be debited from the Guest's credit card provided at the time of booking or check-in. By using the accommodation services at the same time, the Guest agrees to charge the provided credit card for the repair of damages caused by the Guest.

TUYO APARTMENTS is not responsible for the Guest's material goods that are in the rented apartment.


V. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: tuyoapartments@gmail.com . Complaint notification should include: reservation number, dates of stay, contact information and detailed description of the subject of the complaint. The TUYO APARTMENTS facility will consider complaints within 14 working days of receiving the application.


The law applicable to disputes between the owner and the customer is Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the TUYO APARTMENTS facility.

TUYO APARTMENTS may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the rules and regulations, causing damage to the property of the apartments, other Guests, staff and other persons on the premises, or in any other way disturbed the peace of Guests or the operation of TUYO APARTMENTS.
