Does the facility have a reception desk?

Tuyo Apartments is a fully automated facility with electronic code locks. Everything is done unattended. If necessary, you can contact us by phone between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
 

How is check-in and check-out done?

Guests of our property check in independently using the 5-digit code they receive at any time after 3:00 p.m. When checking out, simply slam the door behind you.
 

Do you have a parking lot?

Paid underground parking is available at each of our facilities. Parking can be purchased along with your reservation or booked prior to arrival, paying via BLIK or traditional online transfer. Price per day of parking: 40 PLN
 

How can you pay for your stay?

The payment for your stay will be taken from the credit/debit card provided during the reservation. It is also possible to pay for the reservation by traditional bank transfer or through a quick online payment handled by Przelewy24.
 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m., late check-out is possible at 12:00 p.m. (prior email contact with the property is necessary). The exception is the Blue City apartment, where the hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. 



What is the policy regarding children?

Children of all ages are welcome at our facility.

Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge and sleep in an available bed (they receive an extra towel).

Children aged 3 and older are counted as full paying (a sofa bed with bedding and towels are provided).
 

Is it possible to use a travel crib?

Yes. A travel crib for a child is an additional fee of 35 PLN per night. It is also possible to insert a set for a child in the apartment (crib, highchair, bathtub, potty, platform) for an additional fee of 100 PLN.

 

What is the policy towards animals?

Pets are not acceptable in our apartments. The exception is the Tuyo Casa Sarabandy property (it is necessary to inform the property). An additional charge of PLN 40 per day applies. 

 

How is the airport shuttle service?

We provide airport shuttle service from / to Chopin Airport to / from the apartment for an additional fee of 50 PLN per

one direction. The service is not valid for the Blue City apartment and Tuyo Casa Sarabandy. Contact us in advance to book the service and discuss the details.



Is there an elevator in the building?

Yes, there is elevator access to all our apartments.
